Training plan, week 1

Day 1 – Run around a bit
Day 2 – Probably don’t bother
Day 3 – Run slow then not as slow, repeat a number of times
Day 4 – Have a cup of tea
Day 5 – Run up and down a small hill, repeat a number of times
Day 6 – Sleep
Day 7 – Run for quite a while but don’t worry about how fast. Take a biscuit. Stop if you need
