I’ve been thinking about joining for a while, kind of waiting for lock down to finish. I’m enjoying the running habit I have at the moment, and want it to continue. I know I’ll never be the fastest, or the strongest runner even in an age category, but I want to get quicker and it sounds as if the best way to do that is have a group that will provide running sessions with a particular focus.
