Last week I did a 5k run every day for 5 days. Kind of a challenge thing. I wanted to get quicker. Which I managed – shaving a whole 35 seconds of my (rather slow) recentish PB. I also realised the importance of rest days.

One spoon or two

I can reduce my teaspoon usage during the day by 75% simply by designating one spoon the Dry Spoon and another the Wet Spoon, thus requiring only two teaspoons ALL DAY. This has made me really happy.

I think that says a lot about my current state of mind.
