13.3 miles today. Quickest 13.1 for quite some time. Felt comfortable for most of it. Headed out at 7, I went round More Hall reservoir on a very sunny Sunday. It was really peaceful at that time of day.
Last week I did a 5k run every day for 5 days. Kind of a challenge thing. I wanted to get quicker. Which I managed – shaving a whole 35 seconds of my (rather slow) recentish PB. I also realised the importance of rest days.
